Yoga Classes

 Sport Yoga

Mon/Wed 5:30-6:30pm 
Sport yoga is a combination of Hatha Yoga and Pilates, mat exercise and Tai Chi warm ups. This class is a relaxing way to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and a way to relieve stress.

Hatha Yoga

Sun 5:30-6:45pm
Thur 7-7:45pm

An all-level yoga class with a calm and restorative approach. If it's time to relax, this is your class.


Noon Yoga

Mon/Wed/Fri 11am-12pm, 12-1pm

A great way to relieve stressors mid-day. Come on in, let us guide you through a relaxing yet challenging yoga. One that will leave you relaxed with an energy to finish the day.

Senior Chair Yoga

Wed 10-11am 
Stress free yoga that utilizes a chair to increase strength, balance and flexibility.

Adult Boot Camp

Tues/Thurs 5:30-6:15am
Heart pumping cardio drill, interval based calisthenics, obstacle courses, circuit training and plyometrics are used to help you reduce body fat while increasing speed, agility, coordination and stamina.
  

Aqua Fitness

Mon/Wed/Fri 10-11am and 1-2pm
Tues/Thurs 2:15-3:15pm and 5:30-6:30pm
Let the water cushion your workout! This class with get your heart rate up at the same time giving a gentle massage to your joints. This low impact, high-energy class is taught in our heated pool. Swimming skills are not necessary.

Aqua Boot Camp

Tues/Thur 12-12:45 PM

Full body work out in the pool. Strength and cardio with a constant resistance along with a soft, warm buoyant setting. All levels and abilities welcome.

BODYPUMPitup

Tues/Thur 12-1pm

A barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Not only will we use weighted bars but will incorporate aerobics, step, ab work outs and a good stretch. Everything you wanted during your lunch hour.

Biggest Loser Class

Registration and a 3 month commitment for one day a week. Starts January 2.
(Must interview with Jan)

This is a life-changing class! You will learn about nutrition and eating healthy on top of learning how to move your comfort zone to a whole new level! The benefits of weight loss will happen. This is a group effort where we will sweat, laugh and encourage each other.

Kettlebells

Tues/Thurs 5:30-6:30pm

This class combines strength training, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. Incorporating the principals of high-intensity full body training, our kettlebell class will get your heart rate up and your body sweating! All skill levels are welcome and exercises can be modified to fit each individual.

Pickleball

Mon/Wed/Fri 8-10am, Wed 5-7pm, Sun 3:30-5:30pm

A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Qigong ( With Sister Carolyn Law, OSF)

Tues/Thur 9-10am

Suitable for all ages and abilities. Spring Forest Qigong is a practice of breathing, focusing your mind, doing very simple body movements and meditating. Qigong uses gentle movement to increase energy flow supporting health in body, mind and spirit.

Senior Circuit

Mon/Wed/Fri 10-11am

A class that incorporates cardio and strength training into one workout. During each session you will engage all muscle groups making it a total body workout. Perfect for those who have never participated in strength training, or those who are just starting out on their fitness journey!

Senior Weight Lifting

Tues/Thur 9-9:45 AM

Slower-paced, attention to form that will improve muscle strength, bone density, and general movement in a fun group atmosphere. All fitness levels and seniors welcome.

Spin Class

Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30-6:15am, 11-11:45am, 5:30-6:30pm

Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. This low impact / high intensity class will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.

Turbo Fit

Tues/Thur 11-11:45 AM

Fast paced, fast moving, total body work out geared to boost metabolism, tone muscles and let you continue burning calories well after the class is done.

Weight Lifting

Tues/Thur 3:30-4:30pm

Want a planned out routine that will strengthen all areas? We will focus on upper body, lower body and core. We will work at your weight start and move into your potential.

Weight Training

Tues/Thur 1-2pm

A fun way to weight train in a group setting for men and women. This is an excellent way to improve your health, strength and posture while gaining better body awareness and burning more calories. We use machines, free weights and balls.

Silver Sneakers

Tue/Thurs 10-11am

These programs are designed to improve your flexibilities, increase your range of motion, control your weight and enjoy a social setting.

  • Cancellations 48 hours in advance, or no refund.

  • Refresher session after intial consultation will be an extra $10 for a

    maximum of 15 minutes.



 
  • Available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced training status.

  • Programs will be designed based off of an individual’s current abilities and goals that they would like to be achieved.

  • Training sessions will be scheduled around what works best for you.

  • By signing up for a time, you will be held more accountable in exercising more regularly and will be able to receive the motivation that you need to keep going!

  • Learn tips and proper/safe techniques for all exercise.

Scholarships


Scholarships are granted based on the need of the scholarship applicant. All applications must be reviewed by the advisory committee prior to receiving a scholarship. If you would like to apply for a scholarship please see one of our guest service representatives or call 632-0627.
